Registration fees

All fees are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%

Registration Inclusions

All in person registrations include: Entry to all conference sessions, morning teas, lunches, afternoon teas and entry to the post conference networking function. CLOSED - due to a requirement to keep in-person registrations to 100 delegates)

All on-line registrations include: Online entry to all conference sessions

Payment: You can register via Eventbrite and pay online using MasterCard and Visa or pay later by invoice. Full payment is required 14 days after registration or before the conference, whichever date is earlier.

Delegate Registration Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations are subject to a $50.00 inc GST cancellation fee If payment has not been made, the administration fee will be charged. If payment has been made, a refund of the balance will be given provided written notification is received prior to 5:00 pm, Friday 26th November. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the organising committee. Substitutions will be accepted, but should be notified in writing to knowledgehub@transport.govt.nz
